How to Make Burnout Your Way Out
Use the fire to give you fuel.
I’ve coached so many people who are burned out from their jobs/careers that I honestly have lost count.
Many were making a great salary and had some pretty prestigious perks.
Some were simply not working in alignment with their skillsets or talents
But all of them expressed some kind of burnout from the way things were going.
Some told me they had trouble sleeping or dreaded the weekend coming to an end.
Others took medication to get through the work week.
These were people who had ambition and goals but were stuck earning a living in a way that just didn’t resonate with them, regardless of what they were earning or how many perks they were afforded.
Burnout is real. Trust me, even coaches get it!
I experienced burnout before I got into coaching, which made me miserable in my work and frustrated in my life.

So, I created a way for people struggling with career or job burnout to use that time to effectively get beyond the frustration and start things happening for a better future.
Here are 8 ways to profit from the burnout stage.
